Placing an order

Browse through the site using the search box or by categories until you find the item you wish to purchase.

From the product page select the size/quantity you’d like.

Click “Add To Cart.”

Browse around the site again to add more items to your cart.

Once you’ve added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. You will have the option of signing in to your pre-registered account, creating a new account, or checking out without an account.

If you are not signing in to a pre-registered account, you will be asked to fill out your shipping and billing info. If you chose to check out without creating an account, your information will not be saved. Verify and place your order.

You will then receive an order confirmation.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with final shipping details.

Items are only held for you once you’ve placed an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. If the item you want sells out before you proceed through checkout, you will be alerted and the item will be removed from your cart.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?

Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order. When signed in to your IndyK account, your order status will be labeled as “pending”. During this time, we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once your order status has changed to “shipped” we are no longer able to modify your order. Please email us as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time using the standard checkout procedure.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once you have submitted your order, and during the “pending” time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has changed to “shipped” we are no longer able to cancel an order.

What does backordered mean?

We sometimes list merchandise that has sold out and is being restocked. If your order contains backordered AND in stock items, your backordered item will be shipped separately. Please note, we can not ship separately on international orders. Please place two separate orders for these items or your entire order will be delayed until the backordered item is ready.

Why don’t you offer more sizes?

We offer five sizes on most items, but sometimes less due to lack of demand. If you see something you would like in a different size, please send an email to We we will try to accommodate your request.

Where can I find washing instructions?

Most of our items have washing instructions on the tag. If there are no washing instructions labeled please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with product care information. Always take care of your indyK pieces by dry cleaning, handwashing or gently machine washing them as per the instructions.

Returns and Exchange

What is your policy on returns?

Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please follow the return instructions specified below. Domestic return requests are accepted within 7 days from the day the order is placed. Return requests received after 7 days, but within 14 days, will qualify for store credit. International return requests are accepted within 14 days from the day the order is placed. Return requests received after 14 days, but within 30 days, will qualify for store credit. All merchandise sold at 20% or greater discount is FINAL SALE.

How to send back returns (Singapore orders)?

Send a return request to with your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. In the email describe in detail any problem with the item.

Repackage your return securely in the EXACT ORIGINAL PACKAGING and DELIVERY BOX OR ENVELOPE that you received your order. If this instruction is not followed your return will be refused or there will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please email or call if you have any questions. All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Please indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.

How to send back returns (International orders)?

International returns work in the same way as domestic returns.

All orders are shipped via Fedex. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders will usually ship the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays.

All orders are processed and shipped from Singapore. Standard service to most Singapore destinations takes up to 2 days if stock is available.

Can you ship my package internationally?

Yes. International orders are shipped via Fedex. You may have several options depending on the delivery destination. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments.

For Express Orders, we do offer Fedex Express Mail International; Fedex Express Mail International will usually arrive 5 business days after the ship date. Some processing time may apply. Express Orders will usually ship the next business day from the date the order was placed.

The item i received was defective or incorrect. do i have to pay to ship it back to you?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please follow our return procedure to receive a free return shipping label. For international orders, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Returns must be sent back Priority Mail (or its international postal equivalent) with delivery confirmation and insurance. Who is responsible for duties and taxes?

All duties and taxes are your responsibility. There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren’t reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Express Mail at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.
