The item i received was defective or incorrect. do i have to pay to ship it back to you?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please follow our return procedure to receive a free return shipping label. For international orders, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Returns must be sent back Priority Mail (or its international postal equivalent) with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. Please see our return policy detailed instructions.
